Shipping and Returns
We are a small label and ship with DHL Go Green. Shipping within Germany takes between 3-5 working days from the time of processing. Our shipping days are usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you order from abroad, the delivery time depends on the distance and the destination, but can be between 3-7 working days. As soon as the shipment has been initiated, you will receive a tracking email. From a purchase value of 49 euros, shipping is free of charge.

Customs duties and taxes
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
You can return your goods to us within 14 days.
Please make sure that the returned goods have not been worn, soiled or washed. Socks are hygiene articles and can only be returned in their original packaging.
The provisions of our cancellation policy apply. Please enclose the returns form, which you will find in your package on the back of the Thank You Card. Send the parcel to:

As we are a small label, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted. Tip: Simply send smaller items by DHL small parcel (Warenpost).
After receiving the goods, you will be refunded the purchase amount to the account specified in your order. This can take up to 7 days.
If you require a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
