Shipping & Returns
We are a small label and ship with DHL Go Green on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Shipping within Germany takes between 1-3 business days from the time of processing. Smaller items are shipped via letter post and will often be with you the next business day. If you order from abroad, the delivery time depends on the distance and the destination, but can be between 3-7 business days. Once the shipment is initiated, you will receive a tracking email. Please note that the tracking is limited when shipping by goods post.

DHL PAKET: 5,95 Euro.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain

Not EU:

Customs duties and taxes
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees.
You can return your goods to us within 14 days.
Please ensure that the returned goods have not been worn or washed.
Our revocation policy applies. Please include the return form in your package, which you can find on the back of the Thank You Card included with your order. Send the package to:

Since we are a small label, you bear the costs for the return shipping. Shipments sent without postage will not be accepted. Tip: For smaller goods, simply send via Warenpost.
Once we receive the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you specified when placing your order. This process can take up to 7 days.
If you require a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
