You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment without giving any reason.

Legal requirements for revocation

If you have an account:
Please log in, access this page via the revoke button in the footer and select the order you wish to cancel. The other fields are pre-filled. Please check that this data is correct.

If you do not have an account:
Please enter your order number, the e-mail address of your order and your first and last name in the fields.

The revocation is only valid with a fully completed form.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
